Subject: Sent folder empty on iDevice
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Traveler
Technical Area: User Interface
Platform: iPhone
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

Hi,

I have a problem with an apple device where I absolutely have to sync the sent folder.

I checked the (Sent) folder in the “mail folder to push” on the device, as I did on many other.
I tried to :
Install the traveler account on another device (Ipad and Iphone)
Reset the traveler account
Delete the traveler account

I didn’t see anything interesting in the traveler dump (I don’t know what to look for)
Except this message :
Lotus Traveler: SEVERE User 56861 has orphaned TS_GUD_TIMSETAMP Entries

I tried to refresh/replace the design (also changing language from Spanish to English), updall, fixup…

The Sent folder remains empty.

Please help, I’ve no more idea.
